Meet Your Cycle Instructor Before Class: Setup, Cues and Questions

1 min read

An instructor is more than a voice on the microphone. Before class, they can help new riders get oriented and understand how the workout is structured.

Share what is new

Let the instructor know if you have not used a clip-in shoe, have questions about the bike or prefer to follow a lower-effort option. A short conversation helps them know how to support you.

Ask about the cues

If a term or movement is unfamiliar, ask for an explanation before class. Instructors can describe the basic cue and help you decide how to approach it.

Use the class as feedback

After class, you can mention what felt clear or what you would like help with next time. PowerCycle’s instructor page introduces the team and the styles they bring to the studio.
