New workouts and studios can be overwhelming so let’s get you familiar with all we have to offer and what you can expect so you can feel confident about your experience. How to book a class

  • Register for an account with us online

  • Purchase your “first ride free” credit

  • Book a spot in any class on our schedule by clicking on the class in our schedule page or by using our PowerCycle App.

Before Class

  • We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early so you can find a parking space and get yourself set up with a locker and on your bike. Check in with the front desk staff upon arrival and remind them it is your first time. If you arrive less than 5 minutes before class starts, you will be asked to reschedule.

During Class

  • Wear comfortable clothes designed to sweat in! When you get clipped in it is your time to connect and let go. Take your first class at your own pace, listening to what is right for your body.

After Class

  • High fives all around! Your instructor will greet you after class and can answer any questions you may have.
