First PowerCycle Class Checklist: Check-In and Bike Setup

1 min read

Once you have booked a cycle class, a few small steps can make the start feel simple. The studio team can help with setup, so you do not need to know the bike or class cues before you arrive.

Check your reservation

Review your booking confirmation for the class time and arrive 15–20 minutes early if this is your first visit. That extra time gives you a chance to check in and ask questions before the room gets moving.

Get help with the bike

Tell the team that you are new. They can help you get comfortable on the bike and show you how the studio’s cycling shoes connect. If a setup or instruction is unclear, ask before class begins.

Start at your own pace

During class, follow the instructor’s guidance and adjust effort to a level that feels manageable. Your first goal can simply be learning the room and the bike. For the studio address, see the separate location details.
