Hydration Tips for Indoor Cycling Class

Oct 27
1 min read

Indoor cycling can be an energetic workout, so it helps to think about water before class begins. Bring a bottle, place it within reach and take a drink when you need one.

Before the ride

Arrive with enough time to set up and keep your water bottle nearby. If you have specific hydration needs, follow the advice of your healthcare professional rather than relying on a general rule.

During class

You can take a drink during the ride. Listen to your body and the instructor’s cues, and pause if you feel unwell. A class is not a reason to ignore symptoms or push through discomfort.

After class

Continue your normal hydration routine and notice how you feel. PowerCycle provides towels and has water information in its first-visit guidance. Contact the studio with practical questions about what to bring.
