Cycling shoes can feel unfamiliar the first time you see a pair. PowerCycle provides complimentary cycling shoes with SPD clips and can help you get connected to the bike before class.
What the clip does
An SPD cleat attaches the shoe to a compatible pedal. The connection can help keep your foot positioned while you pedal. The studio team can explain how to clip in and out safely before the ride.
Ask for the right fit
Let the front desk or instructor know your shoe size and that you are new to clip-in shoes. If the connection feels uncomfortable or you are unsure how to release, pause and ask for help.
You do not need to bring your own
